1. Introduction

Welcome to Betting Manager Pro. These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the mobile application "Betting Manager Pro" and its associated website (bettingmanagerpro.app). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, please do not use the App.

3. Nature of the Service and Disclaimer (Important)

Betting Manager Pro is a software tool designed exclusively to provide calculation, planning, and bankroll management instruments for sports betting (using mathematical models such as Masaniello, Kelly, D'Alembert, Martingale, and Roserpina).

• Not a gambling app: The App does not offer gambling services, does not accept real-money bets, and is not affiliated with any bookmaker.
• No guarantee of profit: The mathematical models and tools provided are purely statistical and organisational in nature. They do not guarantee profits or winnings of any kind. The user understands and accepts that sports betting involves an inherent financial risk and that it is possible to lose invested capital.

4. Limitation of Liability

Use of the App is at the user's sole risk. Under no circumstances shall the Developer be held liable for any financial losses, direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from the use of the App, reliance on its calculations, or any software bugs or errors. It is the user's responsibility to always verify the accuracy of odds and calculations before placing any bet on third-party platforms.

5. Minimum Age and Lawful Use

Due to the nature of this service in connection with the betting world, use of the App is permitted exclusively to users who are of legal age (18+). By using the App, the user declares that they are of legal gambling age in their jurisdiction and that they are using the tool in full compliance with applicable local laws and regulations.

6. Freemium Model and In-App Purchases (Unlimited Version)

Betting Manager Pro is free to download (freemium model) and provides access to basic features. Users have the option to unlock all advanced functionalities and remove any operational limits by purchasing the "Unlimited" version via an In-App Purchase directly within the application. All financial transactions, pricing, applicable taxes, and any refund requests are processed and managed exclusively and securely by Apple (via the App Store) or Google (via the Google Play Store) in accordance with their respective Terms of Service. The Developer does not collect, nor have access to, any credit card or direct payment data.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to source code, design, interface, text, and trademarks related to Betting Manager Pro, are the exclusive property of INVENTOPIANO di Fabrizio Masini. It is strictly prohibited to copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App without prior written authorisation.

8. Privacy and Data Processing

The App places great importance on user privacy. Usage data (e.g., crash logs or device identifiers) may be collected in accordance with the store policies solely for the purpose of improving the service. For more details on how we handle your data, please refer to our dedicated Privacy Policy.

9. Amendments to these Terms

The Developer reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect from the moment they are published within the App or on the website. Continued use of the App will constitute acceptance of such changes.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with Italian law. For any dispute arising from or related to the use of the App, the Court of Pistoia (Italy) shall have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to the mandatory jurisdiction of the consumer's place of residence where the user qualifies as a consumer under applicable law.
